Listed are the terms and conditions of HSBC Home Loan Refinancing Promotion.
Terms and Conditions
1. Customers who refinance their home loan with HSBC in this HSBC home loan refinancing promotion, by submitting their application for the same between 1 January and 30 June 2011, will enjoy a cash incentive of 0.4% of the loan amount, capped at a maximum of S$10,000 (the "Cash Incentive").
2. The HSBC home loan refinancing promotion Cash Incentive is only applicable to HSBC's SIBOR-pegged Loyalty package with a minimum loan size of S$300,000.
3. This HSBC home loan refinancing promotion is applicable to refinancing cases for completed properties (with TOP obtained) only.
4. This HSBC home loan refinancing promotion is applicable to new loans only.
5 .The HSBC home loan refinancing promotion Cash Incentive will be calculated based on first loan drawdown amount and will be fully refundable by the customer to HSBC if the home loan is fully redeemed within 3 years from the first loan drawdown date.
6. The HSBC home loan refinancing promotion Cash Incentive is not applicable in conjunction with any other promotion.
7. Full legal subsidy is only applicable for HSBC home loan refinancing promotion loan size of at least S$460,000.
8. SIBOR refers to three-month Singapore Interbank Offered Rate for Singapore dollar published in The Business Times on the first business day of the month.
9. The applicable interest rates, Cash Incentive and terms are subject to change and HSBC's right of review.
10. The Bank's Property Loan Standard Terms and other applicable terms and conditions apply to this HSBC home loan refinancing promotion.
